We welcome serious inquiries into the Netafim USA Wastewater Division Distributor program. Our objective is to establish a network of qualified, dedicated Distributors throughout North America to maximize the sales opportunities of our high quality line of drip dispersal products including Bioline® dripperline, our broad line of automatic and manual disk filters, our extensive family of valves, as well as water meters, hydrometers, air vents and other wastewater system components.

Netafim looks to form long-term and mutually profitable partnerships with Distributors as we jointly support the ever-growing drip dispersal, on-site wastewater opportunity. Through this partnership we seek Distributor help in developing and supporting a network of dealers, installers and resellers, as well as helping Netafim to penetrate new markets, create brand awareness and continue to grow the business.

The Netafim USA Wastewater Distributor will have the following capabilities:

• A current and successful business distributing products into the wastewater market
• Solid direct sales and business experience
• The ability to give adequate attention to Netafim drip dispersal product marketing and sales, utilizing the Distributor's existing business infrastructure
• Sufficient resources to invest in developing the drip dispersal opportunity. This includes marketing efforts such as advertising, membership in local trade associations, exhibiting at local, state and regional trade association shows and other sales and marketing opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit installers, dealers and resellers, as well as product partners to maximize the sales potential

A Netafim USA Wastewater Distributor needs to be willing to commit to:

• Maintaining a stock of Wastewater Division products typically sold into the local market
• Advertise, market, support and promote Netafim Wastewater products in the market
• Identify, build, develop and support a dealer, installer and reseller base in the markets covered
• Sponsor and participate in key local, state and regional trade shows and events, and belong to local and state wastewater associations

On our part, Netafim USA's Wastewater Division commits to:

• Support the Distributor network with technical and sales assistance, marketing programs and materials
• Maintain a broad inventory to support Distributor requirements
• Develop and promote an effective website to attract customers and other industry personnel
• Develop advertising and display marketing materials, update and revise all sales and support materials
• Continually work to improve and add products, features and applications
• Maintain product quality while striving to reduce product costs
• Gather and share marketing and sales strategies, techniques and testimonials
